With more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Catin is renowned for spearheading strategic marketing initiatives, fostering substantial growth, and establishing robust industry connections, according to a news release.
A digital marketing expert, Catin started her career at a public relations agency in Miami, overseeing traditional PR and social media initiatives.
During this time, she collaborated with leading hospitality and tourism brands, as well as consumer packaged goods and professional services brands.
Prior to joining PWM, Michelle served as a marketing executive for a chain of luxury all-inclusive resorts, where she managed high-performing teams and led award-winning marketing campaigns. Her expertise encompasses a host of skill sets, including marketing, e-commerce, social media, weddings, travel agents, and meetings & incentives.

In her new role, Catin will support Premier Worldwide Marketing's efforts to elevate the marketing strategies for Karisma.
