All-Inclusive Hard Rock announces new Fresh Fix dining offering

All-Inclusive Hard Rock Hotels have announced the launch of Fresh Fix, a new F&B concept and dynamic new dining offering.

Mexican-born graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Chef Karla Hernandez, has developed a healthier culinary experience for select restaurants on-property at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, with plans to expand to Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.

The new menu offers chef-crafted cuisine with a focus on fresh, organic and locally-sourced ingredients. The concept is designed to diversify dinner menu options, while highlighting unique flavours and natural ingredients.

To further demonstrate the brand’s focus on health and wellness, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana are providing guests with the ability to burn off vacation pounds through a partnership with LES MILLS, the world’s largest provider of choreographed exercise-to-music group fitness classic. This will offer guests three daily classes from a collection of 14 training programs.
