Grand Velas Riviera Maya launches menopause-focused spa menu

Grand Velas Riviera Maya has introduced a menopause menu at its Forbes Five-Star SE Spa, featuring treatments designed to address symptoms including hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood changes, and skin concerns.

The signature offering is the Menopause Fortify Massage, an 80-minute treatment priced at $440 USD that combines massage techniques, aromatherapy and cooling therapies to address hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, irritability, and joint pain. 

The treatment includes a scalp massage and specialized mask.

Additional menu options include: 

• Moon & Sun Stone massage (80 minutes), which combines heated stones with cold marble
• Neuro-Aromatherapy massage (50 or 80 minutes) using essential oils targeting the central nervous system
• Marine Detox Body Wrap (80 minutes) with exfoliation and seaweed wrap
• Diamond Life Infusion Anti-aging facial (80 minutes) incorporating myofascial lift massage
• Sensory Deprivation Tank experience (80 minutes) with floatation therapy
• Presso Drainage Massage (80 minutes) using specialized techniques to reduce water retention

SE Spa at Grand Velas Riviera Maya spans 90,000 square feet and features a seven-step hydrotherapy Water Ceremony. 

The spa is certified by Wellness for Cancer, providing personalized services to individuals affected by cancer.
