Four Seasons and Host Hotels & Resorts unveil new luxury residences at Walt Disney World Resort
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, in partnership with Host Hotels & Resorts, has announced the development of exquisite new luxury residences adjacent to the famed Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.
This new enclave, set on a five-acre plot, will feature a mid-rise tower and attached boutique homes, offering unparalleled resort-style living within the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
Bart Carnahan, President of Global Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Residential at Four Seasons, expressed excitement about expanding their residential offerings: "We are thrilled to build upon the exceptional living experiences that Four Seasons has delivered at Golden Oak since 2015. These new residences will bring the legendary service, amenities, and experiences of Four Seasons to our residents' doorstep, providing a truly unparalleled lifestyle within the enchanting setting of Walt Disney World Resort."
The new Four Seasons Private Residences will consist of 31 units in a single mid-rise residential tower, designed by HKS Architects in harmony with the resort’s Spanish Revival style.
Each unit, spanning 3,494 to 6,962 square feet, will feature open floorplans, premium fixtures, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private verandas with panoramic views of natural woodlands, lakes, landscaped gardens, the golf course, and nightly fireworks displays.
Adjacent to the tower, nine boutique homes designed by Cooper Carry will offer four to five bedrooms across 5,207 to 5,540 square feet. These homes, built in the French Moderne architectural style, will feature private outdoor living spaces with covered patios, pools, and outdoor kitchens.
Interior designs by Parker-Torres Design will reflect the surrounding environment, incorporating natural wood and stone materials, live plants, and refined gold details throughout the lobby and common areas.
Exclusive amenities to enjoy
Residents will enjoy exclusive amenities, including a private resident-only pool with cabanas and a pool service bar, as well as access to all facilities at the nearby Four Seasons Resort Orlando. This includes five pools, a spa, fitness facilities, and a Tom Fazio-designed golf course.
A dedicated director of residences will oversee personalized services, ensuring residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Services available 24/7 will include concierge assistance, housekeeping, maintenance, and access to premium entertainment and dining experiences.
Prospective buyers can anticipate sales to commence in late 2024 through Golden Oak Realty, with construction already underway and expected completion by early 2026.
Residents will also benefit from membership in the Golden Oak Club, offering access to exclusive events, a private clubhouse, dining options, and transportation services to Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.
The introduction of these new residences underscores Aruba's commitment to sustainable tourism practices and environmental stewardship. Funds collected from the Sustainability Fee will be allocated to initiatives aimed at preserving Aruba’s natural beauty, promoting renewable energy projects, and supporting local community sustainability efforts.
