Benazuza named best luxury restaurant

The Grand Oasis Sens fine dining establishment, Benazuza, has been recognized as the best luxury restaurant serving Mexican cuisine in the 2017 World Luxury Restaurant Awards.

Benazuza was also recognized as the best luxury resort restaurant in the North American continent and the best luxury restaurant serving molecular cuisine in the North American continent.

The restaurant was created by executive chef and two-star Michelin recipient, Rafael Zafra. The experience begins with a series of cocktails and is followed by more than 20 courses of culinary creations with Mexican influences.

The annual World Luxury Restaurant Awards highlight culinary excellence and memorable experiences in dining. Nominees are selected based on four criteria: interior design to a high standard, food quality, standard of haute cuisine and excellent service reviews.
