Bay Gardens Resorts has completed the first phase of a multi-year property enhancement program across its Saint Lucia portfolio.

The locally owned and operated hotel group has invested US$13 million over the past two years in renovations, new dining concepts and other property upgrades.

Additional phases are planned through 2028.

"This investment reflects our long-term commitment to continually improving the guest experience while remaining true to the authentic Saint Lucian hospitality that has defined Bay Gardens Resorts for more than three decades," said Bay Gardens Resorts’ executive director Sanovnik Destang

"Completing this first phase is an important milestone, and we're excited to build on that momentum in the years ahead."

Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa has received a redesigned lobby and renovations to its Hi-Tide Restaurant. The resort has also added Driftwood Pizzeria, a beachfront pizza restaurant, and Bay Bites, a solar-powered food truck located along the beach.

At Bay Gardens Hotel, the lobby has been renovated and all standard guestrooms have been refreshed with light wood furnishings, woven textures and soft blue accents.

The property’s buffet room and restaurant have also been updated.

Bay Gardens Marina Haven now features a redesigned lobby and renovated guestrooms with new furnishings and contemporary coastal décor.

Dining-area updates include new restaurant furniture, a renovated buffet space and the addition of Knots Bar, a poolside venue.

Bay Gardens Inn has updated its lobby with new furnishings and a dedicated baggage storage area.

Renovations to the property’s guestrooms are expected to be completed later this year.

The enhancement program follows the recent opening of Sapphire Sands Villas by Bay Gardens Resorts, a luxury villa property offering butler service, a spa and an Asian-Caribbean fusion restaurant.

Further projects planned through 2028 include renovations to beachfront guestrooms at Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa and upgrades to conference facilities across the resort group next year.
