Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts has completed three major property developments in recent weeks, marking the brand's continued expansion of adults-only and culturally-focused resorts.

Bahia Principe Grand Tequila opened in Riviera Maya as a new adults-only, all-inclusive resort centered on Mexican culture.

The property features immersive spaces including La Casita, a modern sala-de-despecho concept, and signature themed parties: Zenith, Kitsh, and Abyss.

Programming emphasizes Mexican music, gastronomy, and nightlife.

Bahia Principe Luxury Tenerife launched as the brand's first adults-only property in the Canary Islands following a full reimagining.

The resort incorporates design and culinary elements influenced by Tenerife's volcanic landscape and local culture.

Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana completed renovations representing one of the company's largest Caribbean investments.

The property features 820 renovated rooms with upgraded dining, leisure and social spaces.

The projects follow Bahia Principe's joint venture with Hyatt and reflect the brand's strategy toward modern products, North American market visibility and experiences emphasizing authenticity and destination connection.

The brand plans to continue expanding its adults-only portfolio in 2026 while modernizing flagship resorts and developing concepts focused on culture, wellness and sustainability.
