Posadas: 4 new properties coming to Cuba, Mexico & Dominican Republic

Posadas, a renowned hotelier in Mexico with 150 properties under its umbrella, has just announced four new properties in Mexico, Dominican Republic and Cuba.

The new resorts, set to open throughout 2018 and 2019, include Live Aqua San Miguel De Allende; Grand Fiesta Americana Punta Cana Los Corales All-Inclusive; Fiesta Americana Punta Varadero All-Inclusive and Fiesta Americana Holguín Costa Verde All-Inclusive. These exciting new developments represent a significant milestone for the company’s ever-growing portfolio and first international expansion beyond Mexico.

From soft adventure to ultra-luxury hotels, the four new hotels will offer a variety of experiences to suit every type of traveler:

San Miguel De Allende, Mexico

San Miguel De Allende has a bohemian atmosphere and provides rich cultural experience for all travellers. Recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its importance in the country’s history and culture, there is much to do in the city. Its urban and avant-garde location make it the ideal setting for the luxury lifestyle brand, Live Aqua. The newest addition to the brand, Live Aqua San Miguel De Allende is bringing this vacation experience to the destination in fall 2018. The 151-room urban resort will feature luxurious accommodations and numerous amenities including an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, specialty restaurants, a fully-equipped spa, fitness center, beauty salon, five meeting and event spaces and much more.

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

Punta Cana will soon welcome the luxurious Grand Fiesta Americana brand to the town of Playa Bavaro in the summer of 2019. Grand Fiesta Americana Punta Cana Los Corales All-inclusive, located just 20 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, will be the brand’s ninth property and first hotel in the Caribbean. The $130 million-dollar development broke ground in December 2017 and will offer an exclusive and personalized experience for vacationers featuring 558 luxurious guestrooms, five-star amenities and endless beach activities including snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking and more.

Cuba

Posadas’ well-known Fiesta Americana brand is set to make its debut in Cuba on July 1st, 2018, with a couple new properties in Playa Varadero and Playa Pesquero. Fiesta Americana Punta Varadero All-Inclusive will be located in Playa Varadero. The resort will feature 633 guestrooms, four pools including a special kid’s pool, a spa, countless restaurants and bars and nearly one mile of white-sand beachfront. Fiesta Americana Holguin Costa Verde All-Inclusive will be located a few miles south in the picturesque Playa Pesquero in Holguin. Offering direct access to a pristine beach, the expansive resort will include 749 guestrooms, four pools, a spa, as well as various restaurants and bars.
