Brand USA’s Canada Connect event will return to Western Canada later this month.

The a multi-city series of events are designed to strengthen connections between Canadian travel professionals and U.S. destinations.

Running from May 20–22, 2025, Canada Connect West will stop in Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver, delivering an agenda of one-on-one meetings and networking opportunities

Following the strong attendance and positive response at Canada Connect East in Toronto and Montréal, Brand USA is confident that Western Canada remains a vital market for travel to the U.S. – even as demand for U.S. travel dips amid President Donald Trump’s global trade war.

Canevari was Brand USA’s director of global trade development for Canada who sadly and unexpectedly passed away on May 1.

Canada Connect West 2025 will give U.S. travel partners an opportunity to meet directly with top Canadian travel advisors from some of the largest cities in Western Canada.

The event is designed to foster new relationships, strengthen existing ties, and create valuable connections within the Canadian travel industry.

What to expect

Canada Connect West will kick off in Calgary on May 20 at the Fairmont Palliser. The tour will continue to Edmonton on May 21 at the Delta Hotels Edmonton South Conference Centre and conclude in Vancouver on May 22 at the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel.

Complimentary parking and lunch will be provided for all invited guests at each location.
