Oceania, Regent reshape leadership team; Wesley D’Silva named Regent president
Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises have announced a new global leadership structure, including a new president for Regent and new chief sales officers for both brands.
Effective immediately, Wesley D’Silva has been appointed president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, reporting to Jason Montague, who will continue as chief luxury officer for both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
The company also named Nathan Hickman as chief sales officer for Oceania Cruises and Shawn Tubman as chief sales officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Hickman will report to Montague, while Tubman will report to D’Silva.
The roles will oversee global sales performance, travel advisor engagement and commercial development across markets.
“I am delighted to congratulate Wesley, Nathan, and Shawn, as they step into these important new roles,” said Montague.
“Each of them brings extraordinary expertise and experience as we build on a remarkable period of performance for both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. This strengthened leadership structure positions us to accelerate our strategic plans to take both brands to new heights and support our travel advisor community with even greater focus. Travel advisors are integral to our success, and these organisational changes reflect our unwavering commitment to creating even more opportunity within the luxury and ultraluxury cruise segments.”
As part of the changes, the following sales leaders will report into the new structure:
Brennan Quesnele, senior vice president North America sales & trade marketing, Oceania Cruises (reporting to Hickman)
Jerod Evans, vice president, North America sales, Regent Seven Seas Cruises (reporting to Tubman)
Melaine Diaz, vice president, sales strategy & trade marketing, Regent Seven Seas Cruises (reporting to Tubman)
Paul Beale, vice president, UK & Ireland sales, Oceania Cruises & Regent Seven Seas Cruises

The company also said Steve Odell will transition into an ambassador role supporting both brands.
“Steve is a well-known, much loved, and highly accomplished sales professional in the luxury travel industry, and we couldn’t be happier that he has agreed to continue his connection with our brands,” Montague continued.
The announcement follows what the company described as strong recent performance for both brands.
Oceania said it had a record-breaking opening day for Oceania Sonata in January and that five Sonata Class ships are scheduled for delivery between 2027 and 2037.
Regent marked its most successful booking month in its history in January and is set to welcome Seven Seas Prestige later this year, with three additional Prestige Class ships scheduled for delivery in 2030, 2033 and 2036.
