Remember that Dominica, a small island located between Guadeloupe and Martinique, is still in recovery mode. Of the 962 rooms offered, 393, or 41% of its inventory, was available in June . The airport is open, ferries are on the move and Carnival Cruise Lines has returned to the island after eight long years of scarcity. In addition, several new resorts are expected to open within two years , including Kempinski Cabrits Resorts, Anichi Resort and Jungle Bay Resort.
