New appointments at Silversea

Silversea Cruises has welcomed three new sales directors for North America, including a new representative for Canadian agents.

Ramon Santos will serve as corporate and incentive sales director, supporting and building relationships with meeting and incentive travel partners in the northeast, midwest and Pacific northwest regions of the United States, plus Canada. Santos launched his career at Norwegian Cruise Line in the late 1980s, and has spent the past 24 years in various management positions at Landry & Kling, the cruise events and meetings at sea specialist, where most recently he held the position of vice president of global events.

He is joined by Laura Christian and Margaret Daly, two new area sales directors with responsibility for partnering with the travel agent community to increase sales in several U.S. markets.

The appointments take effect immediately.
