NCL's first semi-annual sale slashes prices by up to 50%
Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has launched its first-ever Semi-Annual Sale, offering travellers up to 50 per cent off cruises across its fleet, along with free pre-paid gratuities on select sailings.
The promotion opens first to Latitudes members from July 8-9 before becoming available to the general public from July 10-16.
The sale applies to all cruises and can be combined with NCL's Free at Sea package, allowing guests to add perks such as unlimited open bar, specialty dining, shore excursion credits and Wi-Fi.
According to the cruise line, the complimentary pre-paid gratuities can represent savings starting at US$280 on a qualifying seven-night voyage for two guests.
“Our first-ever Semi-Annual Sale is the best deal of the season, giving our guests even more reason to book their next vacation with us,” said Marc Kazlauskas, president of Norwegian Cruise Line, in a press release.
“Combining incredible destinations, award-winning onboard offerings and the freedom and flexibility for our guests to design their dream vacation is what NCL stands for – and there is no better time to book and experience all that we have to offer.”
The offer covers departures ranging from last-minute summer sailings to holiday cruises and voyages throughout 2027.
Featured itineraries
Among the featured itineraries are Caribbean and Bahamas cruises aboard several of NCL's newest ships, including the soon-to-debut Norwegian Aura, which will begin sailing from Miami in June 2027.
Guests can also book itineraries aboard Norwegian Aqua, Norwegian Luna and Norwegian Viva.
The Caribbean lineup includes seven-day eastern and western Caribbean cruises from Miami and Port Canaveral, as well as shorter four- and five-day Bahamas sailings from Miami aboard Norwegian Getaway and Norwegian Joy, with calls at Nassau and NCL's private island, Great Stirrup Cay.
The promotion also highlights the cruise line's expanding attractions at Great Stirrup Cay. The private island is scheduled to debut its new Great Tides Waterpark on Sept. 4, 2026, featuring 19 waterslides, cliff jumps, a large children's splash zone and an 800-foot adventure river.
