MSC Cruises is rolling out upgrades to the MSC Yacht Club Restaurant across its Fantasia Class ships, beginning with MSC Splendida, where the redesigned space is now available following a recent refurbishment.

The upgrade introduces a new restaurant design with darker tones, updated lighting and a revised layout intended to create a more intimate dining atmosphere while maintaining panoramic sea views.

Vertical design elements and subtle partitions have also been added to improve privacy within the space.

The renovation is part of MSC Cruises’ broader refurbishment program across several ships in its fleet, which includes updates to the line’s MSC Yacht Club, its all-inclusive “ship-within-a-ship” concept offering private suites, dedicated dining and lounge areas, and butler and concierge service.

The updated Yacht Club restaurant debuted on MSC Splendida following work completed at the Palumbo Malta Shipyard

Similar upgrades will be introduced on other Fantasia Class ships over the next two years, with MSC Fantasia scheduled for completion in December 2026, followed by MSC Divina in April 2027 and MSC Preziosa in February 2028.

Within the Yacht Club area, guests have access to a private restaurant, lounge and sundeck, along with dedicated service including a 24/7 culinary team and sommelier.

Several itineraries featuring the upgraded restaurant on MSC Splendida are now open for booking.

For winter 2025–26 and summer 2026, the ship will operate seven-night sailings from Barcelona, visiting destinations including Marseille, Genoa, Naples, Palermo, Livorno, Cagliari and Valletta.

During the winter 2026–27 season, MSC Splendida will sail eight- and nine-night itineraries from Buenos Aires, calling at ports such as Rio de Janeiro, Ilhabela, Ilha Grande, Balneario Camboriu and Punta del Este.

In summer 2027, the ship will offer nine-night sailings from Trieste, visiting destinations including Split, Piraeus, Kusadasi, Istanbul, Corfu and Bari.

Additional upgrades across Fantasia Class ships include redesigned Future Cruise offices, where guests can book their next sailing while on board.

The updated spaces feature expanded seating and new interiors.

The new Future Cruise office is already available on MSC Divina, MSC Preziosa and MSC Splendida, with MSC Fantasia expected to complete its update later this year.
