Holland America reports booking increase for Northern Europe
Holland America Line is experiencing increased demand for its 2026 European cruise season, with bookings up more than one-third compared to the same period last year.
Northern Europe voyages are seeing the strongest growth, with bookings up nearly 50 per cent year over year.
The cruise line operates departures from Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and Dover, England.
"Given the strong pace of bookings we're seeing and our 'Start Your Journey' Wave promotion underway, I'd recommend anyone considering a summer European cruise book soon," said Dan Rough, vice president of revenue management for Holland America Line.
"With our Dutch roots and unmatched expertise in the region, guests know they're traveling with the European cruise experts when they choose Holland America. These voyages will sell out and at the fast pace we are seeing this year, now is a good time for guests to secure their ideal cruise."
The 2026 Europe season features itineraries visiting more than 175 UNESCO World Heritage sites across 35 countries in the Mediterranean, British Isles, Northern Europe, and the Canary Islands.
Ports include Barcelona, Naples, Dubrovnik, Portofino, St. Tropez, and Valletta.
The cruise line's Europe itineraries include extended port days and overnight stays.
On-board dining reflects regional cuisines from the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, and British Isles.

Games will air in staterooms via Sport 24 Special Event Channels, with select matches shown on Lido screens or in World Stage theaters.
