Holland America Line opens MS Volendam for advisors in Quebec & Maritimes

Holland America Line (HAL) recently opened their doors, offering an inspection of MS Volendam, a Rotterdam-class cruise ship, hosted by business development manager Aaron Crawford.
The New England itinerary was on a voyage from Montreal to Boston.
Due to the ship being completely sold out, only advisors in Montreal were treated to cabin tours and were able to explore the Pinnacle Suite that boosts a large bedroom with one king-size bed, oversize whirlpool bath and shower, living room, dining room, walk-in closet and dressing room, private verandah, pantry, one sofa bed for two persons, mini-bar, refrigerator, guest bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows.

All advisors were able to tour the ship from bow to stern, later joining Crawford for a training session that focused on Alaska, Canada, New England, Legendary and Grand World Voyages and more.
Afterwards, advisors were treated to a private lunch where they dined on a menu that highlighted HAL’s new Global Fresh Fish Program.
This program offers more than 80 varieties of fresh fish sourced locally from across the cruise line’s worldwide network.
World-renowned culinary master Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto was also recently named as HAL’s Global Fresh Fish Ambassador, which brings his innovative flair to a series of curated menu items in the main Dining Room, as well as a pop-up restaurant that will soon debut.
Holland America 2025 Canada New England now open
Travel advisors can now book their clients on voyages that aim to unlock Canada and New England’s fall foliage, pastoral ports, and seaside splendour.
The line’s 2025 Canada and New England season also features more late-night stays than ever before.
Itineraries range from seven days, where clients will experience the best of Maine, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada, to a “linger longer voyage” of 25 days, covering Canada, New England, Greenland and Iceland.
