Crystal has shared new details about Crystal Grace, revealing a range of new family-friendly spaces and expanded outdoor amenities aboard the luxury cruise line's newest ship, which is scheduled to debut in 2028.

The latest announcement highlights dedicated areas for children and teens, along with new poolside features designed to enhance the onboard experience for guests of all ages.

Located on Deck 11, Crystal Grace's dedicated youth area will offer an open-air space where younger guests can play while enjoying ocean views.

Largest teen space in the fleet

Also on Deck 11, the new Waves Teen Centre will become the largest teen venue across Crystal's fleet.

Exclusively for guests aged 13 to 17, the expanded space will feature a larger entertainment lounge with an oversized screen for gaming, movies and group activities, as well as card and board game areas and a dedicated music and dance space with a sound system and dance floor.

Dedicated programming and activities will be offered daily during peak family travel periods, including summer and holiday sailings.

Crystal will continue offering drop-off programs for younger children, supervised activities for older kids and its in-room babysitting service.

The updated playroom is intended to provide a welcoming environment where children can learn, create and socialize while parents enjoy the ship's other amenities.

"Crystal Grace represents the future of exceptional luxury travel while honoring the elements our guests cherish most. As more families and multiple generations choose to travel together, we have thoughtfully expanded our offerings for younger guests while enhancing the outdoor spaces that make life at sea so memorable. These new venues create opportunities for connection, adventure and relaxation for guests of every age,” said Bernie Leypold, senior vice president of hotel operations for Crystal, in a press release.

Largest Crystal pool & new private cabanas

Crystal also shared details of the ship's outdoor deck.

At the centre of Deck 10 will be the Seahorse Pool, described as the largest pool in the Crystal fleet. The pool area will feature 140 loungers across Decks 10 and 11, along with a large outdoor LED screen that will host live sporting events, destination programming and movie nights.

Recently announced for Crystal Serenity during its upcoming dry dock, the venue is designed as a casual gathering space where guests can enjoy cocktails while overlooking the sea.
