CroisiEurope goes big for 2027 with new Amazon ship, expanded program
CroisiEurope has unveiled its 2027 cruise program, introducing a new ship on the Amazon River alongside an expanded European season and a slate of new and enhanced itineraries around the world.
The river cruise operator’s 2027 program features more than 170 river, canal and ocean itineraries aboard 50 ships, covering 43 waterways in 38 countries.
Among the biggest additions is the RV Brasilian Dream, a new 32-guest ship launching on the Amazon in February 2027.
The four-deck vessel will feature 16 suites with private balconies, including two presidential suites described as being suspended between the sky and water. Onboard amenities will include a gourmet restaurant serving Brazilian-inspired cuisine, a spa, fitness room, sun deck and conference room, with interiors incorporating wood, vibrant colours and local arts and crafts inspired by Amazonian culture.
The ship will operate three 10-night itineraries designed around eco-tourism, wildlife and encounters with Indigenous and local communities.

Three ways to explore the Amazon
The 10-night Along the Amazon & the Rio Negro itinerary will sail roundtrip from Manaus, exploring protected areas surrounding Jaú National Park and the Anavilhanas archipelago.
Experiences will include sunrise boat trips and opportunities to spot dolphins, caimans, monkeys and tropical birds, as well as visits to stilted villages and floating markets. Departures are scheduled between February and August 2027, with prices starting at €5,006 per person.
The Gentle Amazon & the Tapajós River, meanwhile, will operate between Santarém and Manaus, visiting the Tapajós and Arapiuns rivers, known for white-sand banks, clear waters and rich forest and aquatic ecosystems. Departures are scheduled for September, October and December 2027, also starting at €5,006 per person.
A third itinerary, The Original Amazon, will sail between Manaus and Tabatinga, venturing into remote areas near the borders of Brazil, Colombia and Peru. The itinerary includes the Mamirauá Reserve, wildlife viewing and encounters with the Ticuna people. April and May 2027 departures start at €6,086 per person.
New options across Europe
CroisiEurope is also adding several European itineraries for 2027, including Imperial Prague & its Exceptional Palaces, a four-night roundtrip sailing from Prague along the Vltava River. November departures start at €1,069 per person.
From the Danube to the Tisza: Authentic Hungary is a new eight-night itinerary between Budapest and Tiszafüred, with stops and excursions highlighting Pécs, Novi Sad, Szeged and Hortobágy National Park. Departures are scheduled for April 27 and May 5, 2027, with prices starting at €2,099 per person.
Another new addition, The Majestic Danube, the Sava & Lake Balaton, combines a seven-night cruise with hotel stays in Zagreb and Balatonfüred. The nine-night journey visits central European cities and villages, Lake Balaton, Lonjsko Polje and Kopački Rit Nature Park. Departures on April 13 and 18 start at €1,999 per person.
In Greece, The Mysterious Cyclades & Dodecanese Islands of the Aegean Sea will offer seven-night roundtrip cruises from Athens visiting Santorini, Milos, Rhodes, Amorgos and Syros. Three April departures are planned, starting at €2,199 per person.
The Rhine in Celebration, meanwhile, is a four-night roundtrip sailing from Strasbourg featuring stops in Oberwesel, Rüdesheim and Mannheim, along with experiences ranging from a medieval-themed lunch to a visit to Heidelberg. Departures will operate throughout March and November, starting at €1,259 per person.
Solar eclipse, Rouen Armada & Christmas cruises
CroisiEurope is also capitalizing on special events in 2027.
A seven-night Andalusia sailing departing Seville on July 29 will coincide with a partial solar eclipse and meteor shower. The Guadalquivir itinerary includes Jerez, Cordoba, Cádiz, El Puerto de Santa Maria, Isla Minima and Granada, with prices starting at €2,304 per person.
Several Seine itineraries will also incorporate the Rouen Armada, the major maritime gathering that brings tall ships from around the world to Normandy. Four-, five-, six- and seven-night cruise options will operate in June, with prices beginning at €1,129 per person.
The company is also introducing two new Christmas Markets cruises, including a three-night paddlewheel sailing on the Seine and a four-night paddlewheel cruise on the Elbe. New Christmas and New Year sailings will also be offered on both rivers.
For the quieter late-season period, CroisiEurope has created a November Cruise Escapes collection spanning the Rhine, Rhône, Loire, Seine and Gironde. The sailings are designed around reduced visitor numbers and more relaxed access to major attractions, while incorporating encounters with local communities, artisans and regional traditions.
More time in Africa & Egypt
Several existing long-haul programs are being expanded for 2027.
CroisiEurope’s Safari Cruise Along the Zambezi River has been extended by two nights to 10 nights. The enhanced program adds another night at the lodge, a second 4x4 safari in Chobe National Park, an outdoor lunch and additional leisure time.
Guests will also spend an extra night aboard either the RV African Dream or RV Zimbabwean Dream, with an additional 4x4 safari and water safari included.
The company’s Highlights of Cairo & a Nile Cruise Through the Land of the Pharaohs itinerary has also been extended with an extra day on its pre-cruise program, giving travellers more time in Cairo to visit the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx and Grand Egyptian Museum.
CroisiEurope’s full 2027 program is now on sale. The company is offering a 15 per cent early-booking discount on 2027 river, ocean and hotel-barge cruises booked by Dec. 31, 2026. The offer excludes Nile and Ganges sailings.
