Chefs Oscar & Michael Bonacini to host sailing on Seine with Emerald

Emerald Cruises & Tours has announced a gastronomic adventure along the waterways of Northern France, curated by celebrated Canadian culinary duo, Chefs Michael and Oscar Bonacini.

Marking their third father-and-son river cruise partnership, the brand-new Sensations of Seine & Normandy itinerary - an 8-day cruise departing August 7, 2027 - winds through Normandy's gardens, cathedrals, harbours, and food-and-wine country.

• Exclusive Onboard Chef Dinner: Enjoy a multi-course French-inspired dining experience hosted by Michael and Oscar. Created exclusively for this sailing, the bespoke menu highlights the flavours of Northern France through their signature culinary style.
