AmaWaterways: two free nights in Europe on select New Year’s cruises

AmaWaterways is inviting travellers to celebrate the festive season on its 2025 Holiday Cruises.

Alongside enchanting Christmas Markets sailings and the signature Festive Delights itineraries, select journeys include special New Year’s Eve departures.

To make the occasion, guests who reserve by October 31, 2025, will enjoy an added gift: up to two complimentary nights in Europe before or after their New Year’s Cruise, creating more time to soak in the beauty of the season.

“From mid-November, our ships become floating winter wonderlands, offering guests the magic of the season both onboard and ashore,” said Alex Pinelo, chief of sales at AmaWaterways. “With Europe’s rivers continuing to grow as premier holiday destinations, we’re especially pleased this year to give travelers the chance to spend a little more time in Europe on select New Year’s Cruises. This year, AmaWaterways gifts travellers up to two extra nights in Europe on select New Year’s Cruises.

Guests wishing to avoid flying on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day may enjoy a complimentary pre-cruise stay at a four or five-star hotel, complete with breakfast and an included transfer to the ship the following day.

Depending on the departure, guests may then extend their celebrations with either:

An additional night on board to ring in New Year’s Eve in style, or

A leisurely New Year’s Day sleep-in followed by a full day of meals and one extra night on board.
