Agents: win a 7-day cruise through Carnival's advisor training program

Carnival Cruise Line is giving away one seven-day balcony on a Caribbean/Mexico cruise each month to eligible graduates of its travel advisor training program.

To graduate from the program, travel agents must complete a total of 30 courses and successfully pass the quiz for each of those courses. The 30 courses are comprised of 10 courses for each level, and are listed in Gold, Platinum, and Diamond-level.

Agents can pick and choose which courses they'd like to do, in no particular order. Subject matter includes handling credits, exploring Carnival's onboard entertainment options, managing FIT and group bookings, to dining and bar options.

The following are an example of some of the courses available:

Course 202 - Marketing Resources and Tips

In this course, agents will learn all about the online tools available for them to develop their Carnival knowledge and become a genius on all things brand, product, and service-related. Carnival's goal is to equip agents with the necessary resources to sell Carnival cruises and ultimately, grow their business!

Course 205 - GoCCL Navigator: Creating an FIT Booking

In this training, agents will learn how to use the stateroom filter search tool, identify key features about the shipt, the destination, the stateroom, and the rate code, use the quick quote feature, use Carnival's upsell feature, locate and select the stateroom number and include the non-cruise components in a booking using Carnival's new GoCCL Navigator.

Course 306 - Carnival's Vacation Protection Plan

In this course, agents receive an overview of what Carnival’s Vacation Protection is. It will highlight the key features of each of the Carnival Vacation Protection programs as well as the availability and cancellation procedures. And finally, how to enroll clients, what the fees are and the commission available to agents.
