ACV adds French language support to cruise shopping experience

Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has made more enhancements to the travel agent cruise shopping experience with the introduction of French language support for most cruise line companies.

ACV offers over 100 cruise itineraries to choose from with 13 leading cruise line companies including Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Carnival, Norwegian Cruise Line, Princess, MSC and Azamara, among others.

Air Canada Vacations’ Cruise Promise offers travellers flexible booking options such as no deposit required for flights when booked as a Flight & Cruise package.

All flights are 100 per cent refundable up to 24 hours prior to departure, including one name change.

The Cruise Promise also features a cruise deposit of only $50 per person on select cruises, one free checked bag per person when you book your customers’ Flight & Cruise package, and a guaranteed return flight back home if the ship is late.

If a delayed flight causes travellers to miss their cruise, they'll be rebooked to catch up with it. Lastly, if a flight with Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge is found at a lower price at time of booking, ACV will pay for the flight.

Until April 14, cruise lovers can save $200 per child on select Flight & Cruise packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, and Hawaii for travel between June 24, 2024, and September 2, 2024. In addition, Aeroplan Members can earn 2,000 extra points.
