Travel advisors: win an Arctic voyage wth Quark Expeditions

Quark Expeditions has launched its “This is Polar Sweepstakes,” a multi-region campaign inviting travel advisors from around the world to participate for a chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime Arctic voyage.

For the first time, Quark will run three localized contests – across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America under one unified campaign.

Travel advisors in each region will have the opportunity to secure a coveted spot on the company’s 14-day South Greenland Adventure: The Majestic Alpine Arctic voyage, sailing August 29 to September 11, 2026

“Travel Advisors are essential to helping guests discover the magic of the polar regions,” said Sebastian Canape, trade marketing director, in a press release. “This campaign rewards their partnership with meaningful incentives and the chance to experience South Greenland, one of the most spectacular destinations on Earth, through the eyes of our expert expedition team.”

Grand Prize: Voyage to South Greenland

Winning travel advisors, representing all participating regions, will join a member of the Quark Expeditions team for an immersive exploration of South Greenland’s towering peaks, deep fjords, and vibrant Inuit culture.

Winners will sail aboard one of Quark Expeditions’ industry-leading polar vessels, designed to bring guests closer to the remote landscapes that define the Arctic.

How to Enter

The This is Polar Sweepstakes runs December 16, 2025 through March 31, 2026. To participate, Travel advisors must register on the official sweepstakes entry page and begin collecting points before submitting their entries.

Advisors can earn entries in multiple ways, increasing their chances of winning:

• Repeat passenger booking (per passenger): 5 entries
• Arctic 2026 booking (per passenger): 3 entries
• Any other booking (per passenger): 2 entries
• Attend Wave Season webinar: 1 entry
• Complete PolarPRO: 1 entry

The more points earned, the more entries submitted, and the greater the odds of securing a berth on this exclusive voyage.
