Shari Parker of CWT Harvey’s Travel wins Week One of ACV's toolkit challenge

A big congratulations goes out to Shari Parker, an independent travel advisor with CWT Harvey’s Travel in London, ON, who was drawn as Week One’s winner in Air Canada Vacations’ Travel Agent Toolkit Challenge presented in collaboration with PAX News.  

With more than 40 years of experience in the travel industry and certification from Virtuoso, Parker demonstrated her expertise by successfully navigating ACV’s all-in-one Travel Agent Toolkit, answering the challenge’s question about European touring styles correctly.

As winner, she will receive 24,000 ACV&ME points.

New week, bigger rewards

But the contest is far from over! Week Two is now underway, and the stakes have been raised: this week’s winner will receive 36,000 ACV&ME points.

Each week during the month-long initiative, a new video invites advisors to explore different features of ACV’s 2026 Travel Agent Toolkit for Europe, Asia, Oceania, South America and beyond. 

Hidden within each video is a secret question that invites advisors to dive deeper into ACV’s jam-packed resource. 

Advisors simply open the toolkit, find the answer, and submit their responses on PAX’s platform for a chance to win. Every correct answer is entered into a weekly prize draw.

Adding to the excitement, special guests are joining the series. This week, ACV’s Key Account Manager Dianne Pedroso takes the spotlight to share insights and help advisors get more out of the toolkit.
