Charlene Dempster of When Pink Flies (Envoyage) wins Week Three of ACV's toolkit challenge

A big shoutout goes out to Newmarket, ON-based Charlene Dempster of When Pink Flies, an affiliate of Envoyage, who was drawn as Week Three’s winner in Air Canada Vacations’ Travel Agent Toolkit Challenge presented in collaboration with PAX.

Dempster successfully navigated ACV’s all-in-one Travel Agent Toolkit and correctly answered the challenge’s question about the tour operator's Unique Selling Point and Guarantee for selling cruises.

In fact, when Dempster was contacted about winning, she just happened to be finalizing an ACV package with a client.

As Week Three’s winner, she will receive 48,000 ACV&ME points!

Final week, biggest reward

Week Four, the final week, is currently underway and this week’s winner will receive a whopping 60,000 in ACV&ME points. 

Like before, there’s a new video inviting advisors to explore different features of ACV’s 2026 Travel Agent Toolkit for Europe, Asia, Oceania, South America, and beyond.

Hidden within the video is a secret question that requires advisors to dive deeper into ACV’s toolkit.

Advisors simply open their toolkit, find the answer, and submit their responses on PAX’s platform for a chance to win. Every correct answer is entered into a weekly prize draw.

And special guests are joining in on the fun. For the final edition, ACV’s Key Account Manager Clementina Iannuzzi shares her tips on how to get more out of the toolkit.
