Huntington Travel Group partners with Trees4Travel

Huntington Travel Group has announced a partnership with Trees4Travel, an award-winning environmental company that helps travellers measure and therefore reduce their carbon footprint. 

As part of its ESG initiatives, Huntington Travel Group is promoting Trees4Travel's mission to restore ecosystems, biodiversity, and support local communities through the planting of trees, where every tree is also backed up with a share of an investment into United Nations (CER) Renewable energy carbon credit projects - a unique hybrid approach.

Trees are one of the most powerful absorbers of carbon emissions, and by growing trees around the world as we travel, we can help fight climate change and build a more sustainable and equitable world. 

Trees4Travel goes beyond just tree planting and just offsets, making travel, planet and people positive, Huntington said. 

"We are thrilled to be partnering with Trees4Travel and to be taking a step towards more mindful and eco-friendly travel," said Ravi Kumar, COO of Huntington Travel Group. "Our partnership will allow us to make a positive impact on the environment."

Travel advisors and customers of Huntington Travel Group can now use Trees4Travel's dedicated dashboard and emissions calculator to rebalance their carbon footprint. 

This free tool will help them understand the impact of their travel and make more sustainable choices.
