H.I.S.-Red Label Vacations announces executive changes, restructuring

H.I.S.-Red Label Vacations Inc. (RLV) has announced some executive promotions that it says will further its “commitment to innovation and excellence.”

“These strategic advancements are set to propel the organization, while fostering growth and enhancing operational capabilities,” the company noted in a press release on Tuesday (Sept. 12).

The changes follow Nathalie Tanious’ recent appointment as president and CEO, replacing Frank DeMarinis, who stepped down from his role in June.

Effective immediately, key executive promotions include Diane Lattavo as chief air commercial officer, leveraging her industry expertise to propel the air division to new heights; Sam Youssef, who is now senior vice-president of marketing and partnerships, expanding his role to emphasize on innovative marketing strategies and partnerships aimed at fostering sustainable growth; and Elvi Cal, as senior vice-president of product and commercial, will orchestrate seamless product development and commercialization, ensuring a balance between quality and profitability for the company’s growth.

In addition, H.I.S.-Red Label Vacations Inc. has announced a strategic restructuring of its IT department to enhance its technological capabilities.

Mike Miljak returns as chief information officer (CIO) to lead the department, while Domenic Maggi, senior director of IT Operations, will oversee all IT departments.
