First in Service travel advisors reveal most-booked destinations by region

First in Service Travel (F1S) has unveiled the top destinations worldwide that its travel advisors have booked for their clients throughout 2024.

"Our clients around the world have been rediscovering travel in new and meaningful ways, thanks in part to the exceptional expertise and guidance of our First in Service advisors," said F1S CEO Fernando Gonzalez, in a statement. "Our advisors’ insights offer a glimpse into the places inspiring travelers for the upcoming year, with an emphasis on unique experiences, vibrant cultures, and unforgettable scenery."

Among all destinations worldwide, Italy emerged as the singular standout favourite as 35 per cent of F1S travel advisors indicating it was the most booked destination of the year. The following destinations within Italy were named most frequently by F1S travel advisors: Tuscany and Lake Como (23 per cent each), followed by Florence, Puglia and Rome (12 per cent each).

"Italy continues to captivate travellers with its blend of history, wine and cuisine, and stunning landscapes, contributing once again to its status as the ultimate destination of the year," said Gonzalez.

Canadian F1S travel advisors were asked to name their single most-booked destination across nine regions.
