Bannikin welcomes new owners

Bannikin Travel & Tourism's current senior leadership has officially purchased the travel and tourism consulting firm from co-founder Jillian Dickens.

“The future is bright for Bannikin,” said Dickens, “and I look forward to witnessing the company’s continued success from this side of the fold.”

The sale marks a close to the acquisition process, which started in mid-2021.

“Since joining Bannikin, we have had the pleasure of co-creating value with amazing client-partners from near and far,” said Trevor Jonas Benson, the company’s president and CEO, and one of its new owners. “We’re all very much looking forward to continuing important work within and beyond travel and tourism.”

Vice-President Camilo Montoya-Guevara and Tourism Development Specialist Caroline Morrow are now also the boutique tourism development and media relations firm’s owners.
