Virtuoso has announced that industry veteran Michelle Rashid has been promoted to senior vice president, culture, talent & global operations.

Rashid has served as the organization’s senior vice president, culture and human resources since 2022. The expansion of her role includes global operations, grounded in human connection.

As Virtuoso scales globally, the expanded role unifies Culture, Talent and Global Operations under a single strategy aimed at strengthening collaboration, simplifying workflows and supporting sustainable growth, reads a press release.

"Rashid will lead efforts to ensure Virtuoso’s operating model – from enterprise project management to service delivery – reflects the empathy, clarity and shared purpose that define its culture," the consortium said.

Since joining Virtuoso in 2005, Rashid has shaped the organization’s cultural foundation and leadership development programs, embedding core values and strengthening pathways for personal and professional growth amongst the company’s employees, said Virtuoso.

As her role expands, Rashid will continue to oversee culture, talent strategy, human resources and workplace experience, now adding leadership of enterprise project management, program management and centralized global operations from marketing and partner and member relations areas.

“Michelle has been instrumental in shaping Virtuoso’s culture and leadership infrastructure during one of the most transformative periods in our company’s history,” said Virtuoso Chief Operating Officer Brad Bourland. “Now under her leadership, global operations will integrate more closely with our global teams to streamline processes and build a scalable foundation that strengthens how Virtuoso delivers on its purpose of enriching lives through human connection.”

In conjunction with this change, Michael Londregan, who has previously served as senior vice president, global operations, will take on the new title of senior vice president, global markets, to better align his title with the strategic scope of his responsibilities.

Londregan will continue to lead Virtuoso’s nine regional general managers as the company expands its global footprint, overseeing the planning, execution and optimization of business performance worldwide.

As a key connector of global strategy, commercial objectives, market insight and resource capabilities, the senior vice president of global markets translates enterprise priorities into regional action and ensures a consistent global standard of excellence, the flexibility to meet local market needs and strong alignment across every region.

These organizational changes take effect immediately. Both Rashid and Londregan will continue to report to Bourland.
