Trevello appoints Renata Grant as director, advisor growth & success

Trevello has appointed Renata Grant as director, advisor growth & success, a newly created role focused on advisor development across the company’s network.

Grant, a former travel advisor and business leader, brings frontline industry experience and strategic insight to the role.

Trevello says her understanding of the advisor journey will help shape programming that is practical, relevant and results-driven.

In her new position, Grant will work with advisors at all stages of business development.

For advisors entering the industry, she will lead structured onboarding and early-stage support designed to build confidence and establish strong foundations.

She will also oversee ongoing training and education to help advisors across the network stay current, competitive and positioned for growth.

Mentorship and accountability will also be part of her mandate, with regular touchpoints to help advisors set goals, stay focused and follow through.

Grant will also support advisors on the commercial side of their businesses, helping them strengthen client relationships, grow their books of business and increase sales.

In addition, she will lead community-building initiatives that encourage advisors to learn from one another and share best practices.

While new advisors will be a key focus, Trevello says Grant’s mandate also includes experienced advisors looking to evolve their businesses and reach new levels of success.

The role reflects Trevello’s view that the need for growth, learning and support continues throughout an advisor’s career.

“Renata's passion for helping advisors succeed stood out immediately,” said Zeina Gedeon, CEO, Trevello.

“Her experience, leadership style, and understanding of the advisor journey align perfectly with Trevello's advisor-first culture and our commitment to helping advisors build successful, sustainable businesses. This role is a direct expression of that commitment.”

Trevello says the appointment reflects its continued investment in travel advisors as the marketplace evolves.

The company says it remains focused on ensuring advisors have the support, education and community they need to keep pace and grow their businesses.
