Transat appoints Léonardo Fiori as account manager in QC

Transat has appointed Léonardo Fiori as an account manager for Montreal, Laval, Lanaudière, Laurentides, and Abitibi in Quebec.

In this role, Fiori will draw on his background in tourism and hospitality, as well as a collaborative, service-oriented approach. 

Fiori holds a degree in tourism and hospitality management and is fluent in five languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, and Italian.

He has held several positions at Transat Tours Canada, including Special Groups and Events Coordinator, Group Agent, and Reservations Agent.

He also spent several years working for Club Med, where he held management roles in various international destinations such as Turkey, Brazil, and Mexico.

“Léonardo brings with him a wealth of experience, particularly in coordinating European groups, a role he held for over fifteen years. His passion for service and ability to build strong relationships with our partners are qualities we welcome with great enthusiasm,” said Marjorie Larose, head of sales at Transat, in a press release.
