Swan Hellenic has expanded its North American sales team with two new hires

Swan Hellenic has expanded its North American sales team with the addition of two industry veterans, signalling the expedition cruise line's deepening commitment to the travel advisor channel across Canada and the region.

Jonathan Cerreta joins as sales director covering Northern California, the Northwest US and Canada.

He brings more than ten years of cruise and travel industry experience, most recently serving as director of sales for Crystal Cruises during its relaunch and West Coast expansion. 

His background also includes senior sales leadership roles at Club Med, Collette and Avoya Travel, where he consistently drove double-digit growth and strengthened agency partnerships.

Kimberly Rhodes has been named Business Development Manager for the East US (excluding Florida), Montana, Idaho and Wyoming. 

Based in Florida, Rhodes comes from Regent Seven Seas Cruises, where she cultivated relationships with top travel advisors and consortium partners. 

Her career also includes business development positions at Hotwire Communications, Technology Sales Consulting and AT&T.

The appointments round out Swan Hellenic's North American sales team under Senior Director Lisette Martinez. 

The full roster now includes Eric Bacon (Southern California and Southwest US), Kelly Predmesky (national and key accounts), Preston Caddell (Central US), Cerreta and Rhodes.

The expansion reflects Swan Hellenic's strategic focus on providing enhanced support to travel partners throughout the region.
