A familiar face in travel marketing and product development is taking on a new role at Ensemble Travel Group.

Toronto-based Kateryna Havrylova, Collette’s partnerships marketing manager since 2022, has joined Ensemble as director of partner relations – destinations & tourism boards, PAX has learned.

In her new role, Havrylova will lead Ensemble’s tourism board partnership strategy across the U.S. and Canada.

“I'm incredibly excited to join the Ensemble family and contribute to an organization that has built such a strong reputation for collaboration, innovation, and partnership,” Havrylova told PAX.

“Having worked with Ensemble as a partner over the years, I’ve always admired the team’s passion, creativity, and commitment to delivering value for both members and partners, and I’m thrilled to now be part of it.

With Ensemble, Havrylova’s responsibilities will include developing and growing strategic relationships with destination partners, driving marketing initiatives and commercial opportunities, and delivering programs that increase member engagement while creating measurable value and ROI for tourism board partners.

A global perspective

Over the course of her career, Havrylova has held marketing roles with Insight Vacations, as well as with Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and Abercrombie & Kent in Marrakesh, Morocco.

She has also lived and worked in five countries.

“My love for travel goes far beyond the industry itself,” she said. “These experiences have shaped my deep appreciation for destinations, cultures, people, local cuisine, and the power of meaningful travel.”

“I'm excited to bring my experience working with tourism boards and travel advisors to help destination partners tell their stories, inspire travellers to discover their destinations, and create meaningful programs for Ensemble members that deliver lasting value for everyone involved.”

The appointment comes as Ensemble expands its ties with tourism boards and destination partners to develop enhanced training programs, marketing initiatives, member events and immersive experiences that help advisors deepen their expertise and better serve their clients.

It’s also part of a broader growth strategy.

Over the past year, more than 50 new travel agencies have joined the network, with several more expected to come on board in the months ahead, the consortium told PAX.

A special thank you

Havrylova extends her thanks and gratitude to Collette for its support and guidance.

“I'm incredibly grateful to Collette for four wonderful years filled with growth, meaningful partnerships, and unforgettable experiences,” she said. “Thank you to an amazing team and an organization with such strong culture and values.”

“A special thank you to Ron Lonsdale [Collette’s vice president for Canada] for his mentorship, trust, and constant encouragement to go beyond.”

“I wouldn't be where I am today without everything Collette has given me over the past years.”
