Jordana Botting joins Crystal as regional sales director for Canada

One of Canada’s most reputable cruise professionals has sailed into an exciting new role.

Ontario-based Jordana Botting, formally of Viking Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line, has joined Crystal as a regional sales director for Canada, PAX has learned.

Starting immediately, Botting will be responsible for strengthening Crystal’s partnerships with Canadian travel advisors.

She will collaborate with the trade to expand their luxury business through tailored training programs, innovative marketing strategies, and participation in consumer-focused events.

“I was drawn to this role at Crystal because of the company's outstanding reputation for setting the benchmark in luxury travel within the cruise industry,” Botting told PAX in an exclusive interview. “Crystal consistently delivers exceptional service, world-class dining, and transformative experiences both aboard and onshore.”

Joining Crystal also represents an opportunity to be part of a “legacy defined by excellence, sophistication, and innovation in the luxury cruise market."

The news comes after A&K Travel Group acquired Crystal in June 2022, marking a new chapter for the upscale cruise line.

The renovated and refreshed Crystal Symphony has been back at sea since September 2023, while sister ship Crystal Serenity is also operating following major upgrades.

Crystal, which has a new booking engine for travel advisors, has also finalized an order with Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri for the construction of a third ocean ship.  

Botting, who recently took a hiatus to spend time with friends and family and travel through Southeast Asia, is excited to return to the industry, connect with travel partner friends, and make new ones.
