Intrepid Travel appoints Anthony Considine as head of sales for North America
Intrepid Travel has named Anthony Considine as its new head of sales for North America, as the company continues to ramp up efforts toward its 2030 growth targets.
Considine joined Intrepid in 2024 as sales manager for Tailor-Made and has since helped grow that division’s sales by 66 per cent year-over-year.
Under his leadership, the team posted its highest-ever monthly sales in December 2024.
His appointment coincides with a strong sales performance company-wide.
Intrepid says the latest period marked its second-best month in the past two years.
“Intrepid is at a turning point in North America, and I’m incredibly energized to help lead this next chapter,” Considine said.
“Travellers today are seeking deeper connections and more sustainable experiences, and our trade partners are uniquely positioned to deliver that. My goal is to equip our team and partners with the tools they need to thrive in this evolving market.”
In the new role, Considine will lead sales efforts across Canada and the U.S., reporting to Intrepid’s North American General Manager, Christian Wolters.
Currently based in Vancouver, he is relocating to Toronto.
“North America is our most important growth market,” Wolters said.
“His commercial results speak for themselves, but it’s his ability to bring people together and inspire teams that will drive real growth. We’re thrilled to have him lead the charge in this critical region.”
Considine has more than a decade of travel industry experience, including sales leadership roles at Flight Centre Australia and OPUS Hotel Group.
