Dianne Pedroso to oversee national group sales at ACV in new role

Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has announced a new role within its sales organization.

With 28 years of experience at ACV and a longstanding reputation as a “trusted and familiar face to travel advisors,” Dianne Pedroso will be stepping into a newly-created national role focused on group sales.

In this expanded capacity, Pedroso will represent group sales at a national level and play a pivotal role in supporting and empowering travel advisors as they build and grow their group business with Air Canada Vacations.

The role marks a first for ACV and reflects the importance of group travel within the company’s broader growth strategy.

The company says it aims to provide enhanced expertise, consistency, and hands-on guidance to advisors navigating the complexities and opportunities of group travel.

“Dianne’s experience, credibility, and deep understanding of the travel advisor community make her the ideal person to step into this new national role,” said Erminia Gallina, director of sales at Air Canada Vacations, in a press release.

“Her passion for group travel, combined with nearly three decades at Air Canada Vacations, will be a tremendous asset as we continue to support advisors in building successful and profitable group business across the country.”

As Pedroso transitions into this new role, Air Canada Vacations will begin the process of identifying a replacement for her current territory.
