Carnival promotes Justin French to VP, charters, meetings & incentives
Carnival Cruise Line has promoted Canada’s Justin French to vice president of charters, meetings and incentives (CMI).
French has been in various trade-facing roles at Carnival since 2003. He most recently was regional vice president, international and Western U.S.
In his new role, French is responsible for the strategic leadership, commercial growth and operational oversight of Carnival’s charter, meetings and incentive group business.
His responsibilities include leading the development and execution of growth strategies, cultivating key industry partnerships and overseeing the delivery of charter and group programs.

The role will also see French focus on customer experiences, operational excellence and business performance as Carnival looks to strengthen its position in the group and charter market.
"I am honoured to lead Carnival Cruise Line's Charters, Meetings & Incentives Department at such a dynamic time for our business,” French told PAX in a statement on Tuesday (Aug. 25).
“Together, we will continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable growth while advancing Carnival's leadership in the group and charter market."
