Aurora promotes Jenifer Costello to sales & customer service director, NA

Aurora Expeditions has announced the promotion of Jenifer Costello to the role of sales and customer service director – North America, recognizing her significant contribution to the company's success in the region over the past three years.

Costello brings more than 28 years of experience in the travel industry, with extensive expertise in expedition travel sales, partner development and customer service leadership. Since joining Aurora Expeditions in 2023, she has played an instrumental role in strengthening relationships with travel advisors and expanding the company's presence across North America. 

In her new role, Jenifer will lead Aurora Expeditions' North American Contact Center, Sales Operations and Customer Service teams, driving operational excellence, enhancing the customer experience and further supporting the company's valued travel advisor partners.
