Atlas Ocean Voyages has expanded its commercial team with the recent appointments of three veteran cruise industry professionals.

Joining the organization are Rod Gadala as vice president of revenue management; Nicole Aguirre as regional sales director, South-Central U.S., and Dorothea Stratoudakis as director, charter & MICE operations.

"Finding great people is one of the most important investments we can make as a growing company," said James Rodriguez, president and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages, in a press release.

"Rod, Nicole and Dorothea have each built outstanding careers in our industry and bring genuine passion to their roles. We're thrilled to welcome them to the team and look forward to the impact they'll make as we strengthen our relationships with travel advisors and continue delivering exceptional experiences for our guests."

Rod Gadala – Vice President, Revenue Management

Reporting to James Rodriguez, Gadala will now lead the revenue management team and is responsible for driving pricing strategy, inventory optimization, forecasting and overall revenue performance across the business.

His background includes senior leadership positions with SeaDream Yacht Club, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Silversea Cruises and Carnival Cruise Line, where he developed and executed data-driven strategies that enhanced profitability, improved forecasting accuracy and supported long-term growth objectives.

“His expertise in revenue optimization and strategic planning will play a key role in maximizing commercial performance and supporting the company's continued expansion in the luxury expedition cruise market,” said Atlas.

Nicole Aguirre – Regional Sales Director, South-Central U.S.

Reporting to Kelly Popovski, senior director, field sales, Aguirre will be responsible for strengthening relationships with travel advisor partners and expanding the company's presence throughout the region.

During her nine-year tenure with Norwegian Cruise Line, she established a reputation for building high-performing partnerships and driving consistent revenue growth across multi-state territories.

She further expanded her expertise through eight years in luxury wine sales, where she cultivated strategic relationships and developed successful market expansion initiatives.

Dorothea Stratoudakis – Director, Charter & MICE Operations

Reporting to Robert Cao, vice president of charter & MICE, Stratoudakis oversees the operational planning and execution of Atlas’ charter, incentive and meetings programs.

Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions with Royal Caribbean International and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, “earning a reputation for operational excellence, collaborative leadership and flawless execution of complex programs,” said Atlas.

In her new role, she will work closely with travel partners, direct accounts and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of charter and MICE experiences while supporting continued growth in this increasingly important segment of the business.
