WestJet offers new way to claim Price Drop Guarantee

Agents submitting a Price Drop Guarantee claim with WestJet can now send in a screenshot of the lower price on their client’s flight or vacation package.

Screenshots can be taken of the lower price from the exact same WestJet Vacations package found on the GDS, Revnet or SIREV.

For details on how to submit a claim, agents can visit the WestJet Price Drop Guarantee and WestJet Vacations Price Drop Guarantee documents on the TA resource site.
