VoX adds Visit Houston to their portfolio

VoX International has added Visit Houston to their portfolio of clients and will serve as Houston’s representation office in Canada moving forward.

VoX plans to position Houston as “a vibrant and exciting vacation destination where Southern hospitality meets urban chic, a cosmopolitan and cultural city with great appeal to all types of travellers,” the company stated in a release.

VoX will also grow awareness of Houston in Canada, while working with the travel trade, tour operators, airlines, OTAs, meeting and incentive firms plus print, broadcast and online media and the blogger community.

“We are thrilled to be representing such a diverse and exciting Texas destination that will entice Canadians with world class arts/culture, dining, attractions, shopping (tax free for Canadians), golf and sporting events. With non-stop flights out of select Canadian cities, Houston is ideal for weekend getaways as well as multi day vacations,” Susan Webb, president of VoX International, stated in a release.

Carina Boukary-Mory will be the account manager for Visit Houston. She will lead the account from VoX’s Toronto office with support from Lea-Ann Goltz in Western Canada and Serge Lamarre and Renee Wilson in Montreal.
