Unregistered agent faces TICO charges

TICO has charged Raquel Gordon with two counts of operating as a travel agent without registration.

Gordon operated in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario, TICO said.

Her first court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 19 in Toronto.
