TravelBrands unveils advanced contact centre solution for agents

TravelBrands has launched its latest technological advancement in collaboration with Local Measure, providing a state-of-the-art contact centre and telephony solution. 

This transformation leverages Local Measure Engage for Amazon Connect to provide seamless inbound/outbound voice communication and CRM integration across the entire call centre, servicing thousands of travel advisors across Canada.

This project marks a "significant step forward" in TravelBrands' commitment to delivering exceptional service, the company said in a press release Tuesday (June 4). 

By integrating cutting-edge technology with robust customer relationship management tools, TravelBrands aims to enhance the overall experience for agents while improving productivity.
