Quark adds Antarctic itineraries for 2016-17 season
Quark Expeditions has announced new itineraries coinciding with the launch of its 2016-2017 Antarctic travel season, marking the company’s 25th anniversary.
Highlights include nine Antarctic Express fly/cruise voyages (including three departures on Quark’s eight-day Fly The Drake itinerary), which allows guests to quickly experience Antarctica; and the 16-day South Georgia and Antarctic Peninsula: Penguin Safari, which showcases the continent’s wildlife while exploring sites such as historic whaling stations and the final resting place of explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton.
Quark Expeditions is offering discounts of up to 25 per cent on Antarctic 2016-17 bookings made by Sept. 30, 2015. Solo travellers on the Ocean Endeavour can also benefit from no single supplement on select cabins. Special offers are available at www.quarkexpeditions.com or by calling a Polar Travel Advisor at 888-892-0073.
