Princess & Cunard upgrade online booking tools

Princess Cruises and Cunard Line have introduced new features to their products, Princess eZAir and Cunard CompleteAir, in an effort to make airline travel easier for agents looking search, navigate and book for their clients.

The new design allows travel consultants to select departure and return flights separately, add a stopover flight segment, compare real-time flexible and restricted fares, and review more detailed schedule displays.

In addition to the new design, improved functionality has also played a role in the change, including:

  • Search filters that identify flights for clients based on preferred airlines, fare type, number of stops, departure time, price and duration.
  • The ability to compare flexible and restricted airfare options for the same flights
  • Logic-driven calendar to guide flight planning based on ship departure and arrival dates
  • New schedule displays detailing information about type of aircraft, connections and layover times
  • Navigation that allows the travel consultants to move across the booking flow from each step of the process

Each tool continues to offer the Fly With Me feature, which allows travel consultants to book the same air itinerary for multiple bookings on the same cruise linked together (TWID). The tools also allow clients to defer payment to the time of final cruise payment on select fares. These new and enhanced features go live on the respective booking tools June 24, 2015.
