Peregrine Adventures officially launches in Canada

The Intrepid Group has officially launched Peregrine Adventures in the Canadian market.

This announcement comes one month after introducing their youth adventure product, Geckos Adventures, to North America.

Peregrine Adventures provides small group tours dedicated to travellers 50-years-old and above. Itineraries focus on off the beaten track adventures with "plenty of the creature comforts of home," the company says. Most accommodations range from three- to four-stars. 

Peregrine operates trips in over 80 countries on all seven continents. Among staple destinations like Peru and Turkey, they also introduced new itineraries in 2014 in Azerbaijan, Algeria, Namibia and Scotland. The operator has already seen their first Canadian booking; the 14-day North Korea Expedition tour. 

The Intrepid Group now represents Geckos Adventures, Intrepid Travel and Peregrine Adventures in the Canadian market. The Intrepid Legends loyalty program will now extend to all three operators. After their first trip travellers receive five per cent off future departures and receive a free trip when they reach 10.
