New tiers for ACV & Me program

Air Canada Vacations has introduced two new tiers within its ACV&ME Rewards program, recognizing the hard work of its top producing travel agents.

Agents in the Gold tier, who book between 301 and 400 passengers, will earn two complimentary economy air seats on Air Canada and/or Air Canada rouge flights to Cuba, Dominican Republic, Jamaica or Mexico, including free seat selection. They will also receive three $50 waiver and favour certificates, 5,000 extra ACV&ME points and Air Canada Vacations’ gifts.

The Platinum tier, for travel agents who book more than 401 passengers, includes all the benefits listed under the Gold tier as well as an exclusive invitation to a top performers' recognition trip, two complimentary premium rouge air seats to Cuba, Dominican Republic, Jamaica or Mexico, an additional $50 waiver and favour certificate and an additional 5,000 ACV&ME points.

In other ACV news, the company has also introduced a new phone number for seat selection for Mexico, the Caribbean and North America.

As of today (Sept. 28), travel agents should call 1 877 752-8810 for seat selection, land remarks and to add Aeroplan numbers to files for Mexico, the Caribbean and North America. For Europe, Groups and Cruises, agents can continue to use 1-877-752-7710.
