EXCLUSIVE: PAX tests Qatar Airways' new QSuite

On an express trip to Qatar (watch our social networks for real-time updates!), PAX got to experience the brand new Qatar Airways QSuite, as the airline kicked off its seasonal service from Montreal and Doha.

The Qsuite, unique in the world of aviation, allows groups of four, colleagues, or a family perhaps, in the same area, to socialize thanks to the removable panels. 

At dusk, the four spaces are privatized to promote a restful sleep, making this a very attractive offering from the Qatari carrier!

Awarded the Skytrax World Airline Awards in 2018, Qatar Airways Business Class is well deserving of its awards. Not only does it exceed expectations in the customer service department, but in comfort as well.

I never manage to doze off in-flight, even on my longest journeys.

I assumed that once the meal was over, the cutlery had been tucked away, and I put on my new pajamas, handed to me by the flight attendant, that getting any sleep on this 12-hour journey was hopeless.

But as the flight attendant prepared my Qsuite for the night, and the seat lowered to 180-degrees, letting me finally stretch out with a soft sheet and quilt, my head hit the pillow.

And imagine my surprise when I woke up...seven hours later! Never in my long career as a traveller has this ever happened to me.

Throughout the 12-hour flight I enjoyed gourmet meals, unparalleled comfort, and ambient lighting (not to mention Castello Monte Vibiano's body products) 

It's a small pleasure I couldn't refuse, and it's an easy sell for even your most demanding customers.

Who should book the Qsuite?

Of course, not all your customers are likely to book this type of trip; while some may just dream, others may be interested in a more sophisticated and comfortable travel experience.
