The Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) has issued Air Transat a license to operate a scheduled international service (large aircraft) between Canada and Morocco.
The CTA said the Montreal-based airline meets all the applicable conditions of the Canada Transportation Act.
The agency is also satisfied that all relevant conditions of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco have been met.
The license is subject to the CTA’s usual conditions, including those outlined in the Air Transportation Regulations.
